Privacy Policy

LifeRepeat is run by Modlific LLC, 826 Expressway Ln Unit #640, Spanish Fork, UT 84660. Questions go to support@modlific.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and picture.
- What you add to a memorial: photos, videos, letters and the details you write about the person or pet.
- Order details when you buy something: your shipping address and purchase history. Our payment provider handles your card, and we never see the full number.
- Basic technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use this to run your account and memorial pages, fulfill orders, keep the service secure, answer support requests and send account emails. If AI features are on for a memorial, its content is processed to organize it and answer questions about it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see a memorial page
Anyone with a memorial's link or QR code can see that page. A QR code on a plaque can be scanned by anyone nearby, so please think about what you share, especially about living people and children.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to run LifeRepeat, including hosting and storage (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare), email (SendGrid), payments (Stripe), sign-in and AI processing (Google), and printing and shipping partners (such as Lulu and Printful). They handle data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can edit or remove what you added, and delete your account from your account settings or by emailing us. Deleting an account removes its memorial pages and stored files. If something on a memorial concerns you or someone you know, email us and we will review it.
Children
LifeRepeat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information directly from them.
Changes
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and its date.
